Shipping Policy
Please note that our order processing time is approximately 7–10 business days from the date the order is placed. While we strive to ship all orders within this timeframe, in rare cases, processing may take longer during high-volume periods, launches, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size.
We offer free shipping on all USA orders over $100.
Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you would like items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping destination.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and contact the shipping carrier regarding delivery updates or delays.

Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return shipping fees incurred.
